Program Name
Cascade Technology Corporation (“Cascade,” “we,” “us”) provides an SMS-based work order and invoice management platform for service businesses (“the Service”). By using the Service or sending SMS messages to our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number during account setup and verifying it via one-time passcode (OTP), you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Cascade Technology Corporation related to the operation of your account. These messages include, but are not limited to:
- Work order confirmations and document delivery links.
- Invoice summaries and approval requests.
- Intake reminders when required job details are pending.
- Responses to your inbound SMS queries about business data (customers, jobs, revenue, etc.).
- One-time passcodes (OTP) for account authentication.
- Status updates on work orders and invoices.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any other Cascade product or service. You may use the web dashboard without SMS messaging. SMS messaging is an optional feature that enhances the platform experience.
By verifying your phone number through our account setup process, you are providing your express written consent to receive the transactional SMS messages described above from Cascade Technology Corporation.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Workers who submit job details via SMS will receive automated replies for each submission. Business owners receive approval requests and status notifications as work orders and invoices are processed. Typical usage ranges from 1 to 50 messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply. Cascade Technology Corporation is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Cascade Technology Corporation. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may re-opt-in at any time by texting START or by re-verifying your phone number through your account settings.

SMS Consent Sharing
Your SMS consent and phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider solely to transmit messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data sharing.
Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Cascade Technology Corporation is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the accuracy of contact information provided and the lawful use of all customer communications sent through the platform. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
