- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during account setup.
- SMS message content: The content of SMS messages you send to and receive from our platform, including job details, work order information, invoice data, and approval commands.
- Phone numbers: Mobile phone numbers used to send and receive SMS messages through our platform.
- Business data: Customer records, work orders, invoices, payment information, document templates, and related business data you create through the platform.
- Usage data: Log data, device information, and interaction records generated when you use the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate and provide the SMS-based work order and invoice management platform.
- Process inbound SMS messages and generate automated responses, including work order confirmations, invoice summaries, and approval requests.
- Generate and deliver work order and invoice documents via email and SMS.
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account (including OTP verification codes).
- Send transactional notifications related to your account activity (e.g., intake reminders, document delivery confirmations).
- Provide customer support when you text HELP.
SMS Messaging Program Details
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Workers who text in job details will receive automated replies for each submission. Business owners receive approval requests and status updates as work orders and invoices are created. You may receive between 1 and 50 messages per day depending on your usage.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

SMS Communications
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, phone number, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with the following categories of service providers, strictly as necessary to operate the platform:
- Twilio: SMS message delivery and phone number verification.
- OpenAI: AI-powered extraction of job details from SMS messages and answering business data queries.
- Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery (document delivery, account notifications).
- Vercel: Application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Stripe: Payment processing for customer invoices.
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide their respective services and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. SMS message content and associated business records are retained as part of your account data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls with row-level security policies.
